These guys are really good and honest. I moved into my new home in October of 2012 and I am a first time poool owner. I started using a different pool company at first and on the third week after we moved- in the water level in my pool started to go down at a rate of 1 inch per day. I got different quotes form different companies to fix the leak. Some of those quotes were for $1,500 dollars!!!!! The company that was cleaning my pool back then said that they didn't know what was causing my water to go down, and they recommended that I call a in-ground leak company. I decided not to use them anymore and I called Gabriel at Sparklean. He came in and fixed my leak for $30 dollars!!!!! He said it was the pool's light fixture and he worked on it. I had my first swim with my kids yesterday since we moved back in 10/2012. Also, they $5 - $7 less per week than any other local cleaning company.

Gabriel is a very nice young man. he showed up on time 730am. as scheduled actually 5min early. He called into the house from his cell phone to let me know he was going to enter the backyard. He preformed his services discussed the current issues offered the solutions, gave the time line and completed the job. Sparklean pool is Gabriel and he treats his business and clients with respect. I asked a technical question about a chemical process, and Gabriel stated he is new and just starting and did not know the answer to my question, he said he would find out and get back to me Asap...and he did and I was SOLD! It is so refreshing to meet a young man starting out in business who is smart enough to not know everything and honest enough to let you know. I have singed up for regular service with Sparklean Pool Service, and I have recommended him to two other friends who have engaged his services. I had a leaking spa and received a recommendation for Sparklean. I worked with Gabe and he gave several options to fix the issue.
We ended up converting the spa to a fire pit; they did a great job at a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed how well they were able to match it with the pool and the rest of the landscaping. They answer their phone and follow up with what they say they will do. Such a simple thing makes all the difference in the world and is often neglected by pool contractors in the area. I would highly recommend them for any pool contract work.

Had a pool pump go out. Gave them a call. They came the next day to fix it and worked with me on the payment. They redid the PVC pipe job that someone did before and made it better. My pool works again. These guys were nice and did the job fast and efficient at a good price.

I called Gabriel from Sparklean and he came over before the time he said he would, he was very polite and friendly. He explained to me how much the fees were going to be, so I agreed(with out contract) and he started service at my house. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with his work and I would vouch for him and his company.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge of pool maintenance displayed by Gabriel and his staff. Our previous service came weekly, utilizing large amounts of chemicals we had to purchase, but algae problems got worse and the pool became increasingly stained. Sparklean knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and the pool has been great ever since. Also, the chemicals are included in the price.
